17-4 PH and 15-5 PH Stainless Machining

We machine 17‑4 PH and 15‑5 PH stainless components, with in-house heat treatment and passivation available as part of the order. We agree the required operations, material condition, inspection and documentation during quoting.

A machining scope that follows the specified condition.

Material identity

Name the grade, material specification and product form; identify who supplies the starting stock.

Incoming condition

State the condition shown on the material record, not only the alloy name.

Final condition

Identify the drawing requirement and who approves any proposed material or condition change.

Critical features

Identify mating surfaces, datum relationships and features that need particular attention after processing.

Process responsibilities

List machining, thermal and surface operations, including who owns each approval and handoff.

Inspection and records

Name required checks, report formats and the material-to-part traceability that must be maintained.
