Questions about your next part?

Find a clear starting point for a custom component, a changing design or a repeat order.

Useful answers before you start.

  • A short, nonconfidential description of the part, quantity and requested date is a useful starting point. Add known material and documentation requirements.

Include any sheet-metal, additive or related outside processes with the complete project. We may coordinate that scope or make an independent introduction; the quotation identifies responsibility.

  • Yes. Raise the quantity and required date in the enquiry; feasibility and scheduling are reviewed for the individual job.

  • A development-part enquiry can start from the current revision, with open choices kept clear. Treat the next build and possible later orders separately.

  • Keep specified requirements separate from open choices. The material and finish guidance gives you a useful basis for that discussion.

    Review material & finish requirements.

  • Raise them with the component enquiry so the proposed machining and requested records can be considered together.

    Review inspection & documentation.

  • Ordinary proprietary or NDA-covered work can begin with a nonconfidential inquiry. Contact Evan to arrange technical-file transfer or discuss a separate handling agreement. Do not upload controlled, export-restricted or uncertain technical information through a general inquiry. Review the controlled-work guidance and establish the appropriate handling path first.
